Why subscribe to Pro?

You can get a pretty decent amount of graphics and fonts in the base (free) version.

But if you want the really cool stuff, you have to go for Pro. You get much more graphics plus all the design templates created by our professional graphic designer. We create cool-looking fresh templates every week for our Pro users.

How will I be charged?

Once you have subscribed, your credit card gets charged and you have access to all the content right away.

Your subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of the selected term, and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time by entering your iTunes account.

What does ‘Free Trial’ mean?

A 3-days free trial period may be attached to one of our subscription. This way you can try the full content for free for a limited time.

Keep in mind that your credit card will be automatically charged after the 3-trial ends. So if you don’t need the yearly subscription (just wanted to peek into it), make sure you cancel it at least 24-hours before the free trial ends.

We are glad if you stay and use our app for a year or more. But we don’t want unhappy customers so if you don’t intend to keep the app, make sure you cancel your yearly subscription before the free trial ends.

What if I only want to use the app temporarily?

If you need it only once to create something fast, subscribe to our Yearly Pro and cancel it within the free trial period.

If that’s too short, subscribe for a Week and cancel before you leave. This way you pay only for a short time and also support us. Developing and maintaining an app of this complexity requires a lot of money, effort, and hard work.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription is tied to your ID with Apple. We don’t have access to your account therefore we can’t cancel it for you. Only you can do it.

Here is how: Open the App Store app on your device. Tap your account icon at the right top of the screen. Tap ‘Subscriptions’. Here you can manage (change or cancel) your subscriptions.

If you are not signed in, you have to do it by adding your Apple ID and password.

IMPORTANT! Deleting the app will not cancel your subscription! You have to do it manually as described above.

Is it possible to get a refund?

Payments handled by the Apple App Store, such as in-app purchases and subscriptions, can be refunded and approved only by Apple. To receive a refund from Apple, you need to contact iTunes Support.

What to do if I can’t access the Pro content I have paid for?

If your subscription is active and still can’t access the content, you have to restore your purchase. First, make sure, you are signed in with your Apple ID you made the purchase.

How to check your active Apple ID: Open the App Store app on your device. Tap your account icon at the right top of the screen.

If your Apple ID is correct, open the Vintage Logo Maker app, then tap the Shop icon on the navigation bar (at the top), then tap ‘Restore’.

Can I access the Pro content on my other device, too?

Yes, if you have an active subscription purchased on your iPhone, you can access it on your iPad without paying again. You only have to restore your purchase as described above.
